Contract awarded for Bridgeway at Zayed Sports City, UAE

Abu Dhabi's Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), which manages the tourism assets of the Abu Dhabi Tourism Authority (ADTA), has partnered with Abu Dhabi investment firm, Al Farida Investment on the construction of a hotel, apartment and shopping centre project worth AED500m. The new development will transform the area around Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi.
Our remit on the new build includes the provision of access in the form of both scaffolding and mastclimbers.
The five-star development will comprise 281 room, a 21 storey hotel, 142 serviced apartments, 91 long term rental apartments, a health club, conference centre, a 6,000 sq. metre shopping centre complete with food court and car parking spaces.
Upon completion, the development will be the largest sports stadium in the UAE and host major international events.
