Work on Kingsland Shopping Centre involved the construction of 13 new retail units, the refurbishment and extension of five existing retail units and the redevelopment and extension of the upper floor to provide first and second floor accommodation. Work was carried out for main contract Balfour Beatty and included the erection of independent scaffold for façade works, block work, rendering and windows. Further to this internal scaffolds were erected including birdcage scaffolds to the retail units and escalator voids alongside various block work scaffolds. Inner City | Kingsland | Retail | |
