The redevelopment of Queen Alexandra Hospital is an extension to the existing hospital and is due for completion mid June 2009. The extension will prove the provision of the acute healthcare to people in and around Portsmouth by helping to upgrade facilities and expand capacity.

Our work has included supplying internal and external independent tied scaffold and temporary roofs on the internal atriums. General access towers and staircases have been erected as well as hoist gantries to the East elevation and a mastclimber to the south elevation.

On completion of the extension a further six months work is planned for Carillion retained estates on the outskirts of the hospital.
