Regent Quarter is a dynamic, mixed use urban regeneration project set to become one of London's most exciting places to live, work and relax.
The project consisted of the refurbishment and new construction of approximately 12 properties to provide a mix of used of residential, retail and commercial units.
Our work involved erecting independent scaffold to the perimter of the buildings, along with temporary roofs. In addition to this a steel RSJ bridged gantry war erected at the corner of Pentonville Road, outisde McDonalds to allow McDonalds to remain open during the development. Ohter works included erecting indpendent scaffold, loading bays and scaffold stiarcases to the courtyard.
Internal work comprised of erecting birdcage scaffolds for roof works as well as lift shaft scaffold and leading edge handrails.
